If you are not totally happy, you can notify of your intention to return and we will issue you a returns note.
You have 14 days to return something that may not suit your requirements.

You have a 14 day returns period, if you don’t like the product or change you mind.
You have a 14-day cooling off period. Then 14 days to return the product.
The product needs to be in a resalable condition (unused & not fitted) and in all original packaging.
You are required to send the item back at your own cost. We do not cover postage for returns.
Please do not write on the outer boxes. Please only attach the returns note we send onto the box.
Of course, if there are any problems with your order which are out of your hands, such as damages, manufacturing faults or discrepancies, then we will take full responsibility for a return to us.
We do ask that all problems are reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, in order to ensure that we can replace/refund.
In all cases, we will ask that you forward us an email ([email protected]) with picture/s of any damages or faults, with your order reference number – this allows us to quickly resolve any issues.
Please note, when damages occur we will first offer a full replacement – refunds can only be given when no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds cannot be given if these terms are breached.
