Delivery & Returns

All domestic UK orders are aimed to be shipped within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

At busy times of the year this could be extended by period of time but we aim to keep all customers informed of any delays.

You should receive an email and text from the courier with a delivery slot or delivery day we aim to deliver all orders between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday if you do not receive this drop us an email or message us and we can track it for you.

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before shipping as the order might have already left the central hub and cannot be stopped when in transit.

We aim to resolve any missing parcels within 48 hours or being notified by our customers , we need to give the courier time to track and find any parcel lost in transit.

Any damages please email the help team with an photo of your problem and will aim to rectify or replace.

We aim to deliver products on the specific lead times advertised on the site, we try not to sell any product that is out of stock or unavailable.

Up to £100 UK Mainland Only £8.50.

Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands £20.00.

We do not offer international shipping.

At Tiah Lighting, we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally happy, you can notify us of your intention to return and we will issue you a returns note. Safe in the mind you have 14 days to return something that may not suit your requirements.

You have a 14 day returns period, if you don’t like the product or change you mind. You have a 14-day cooling off period. Then 14 days to return the product. The product needs to be in a resalable condition and in all original packaging. You must send the item back at your own cost. We do not cover postage for returns.

Please do not right on the outer white boxes. Please attached the returns note we send onto the box.

Of course, if there are any problems with your order which are out of your hands, such as damages, manufacturing faults or discrepancies then we will take full responsibility for a return to us. We do ask that all problems are reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, in order to ensure that we can replace/refund.

In all cases, we will ask that you provide us an email with a picture of any damages or faults, with your order reference number - this allows us to quickly resolve any issues.

Please note, when damages occur we will first offer a full replacement - refunds can only be given when no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds cannot be given if these terms are breached.

If something has been specially ordered or made to order item these are non returnable . We will state on the product this. If you product returns falls outside of the 14 day period we will look on each return on a individual basis but we would require an image of the goods and they may be subject to a handling charge.

Once we have received the items back we will check over the goods for damages and once they are checked ok we aim to process all refunds within 7 working days , these will be returned to your card or payment method. Depending on your bank this can vary in the time for your funds to show back to you.
